David D. Halladay is the owner and manager of Trustconsult. Trustconsult was established in 1996 and has been serving trustees in the inter-mountain region since that time. Trustconsult provides outsourced services for individual trustees. Our major source of fee income is as a service provider for individual trustees of Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts. As a service provider and consultant, we work with individual trustees and assist in the transfer of assets, set up accounting systems and help with trust account management for the individual trustee. Activities include, conducting seminars, and workshops where trustees are taught how to fund and administer their trusts and working with attorneys, insurance agents, and accountants to provide these services to their clients.

As a sylibus the seminars use the titled "Trust Yourself." The Book illustrates a step-by-step process for managing your own Trust. We work closely with referral sources such as Attorneys, CPA's, Private Banking, Trust Sales Officers, Investment Officers, and other financial professionals, to encourage them to have their clients use the services of Trustconsult.. Since October 1997, Mr. Halladay has been the Executive Director of the Salt Lake Estate Planning Council, handling all of the administrative duties of the Officers and Board of the Council.
